Exchange Policy
At London Shopping Mall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We have a 7-day Exchange Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
A system-generated invoice (mandatory) must be provided.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Parcel Receiving & Opening Policy
Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This serves as proof of the contents in case of any issues.
Please do not accept the parcel from the delivery rider if the package appears to be open, damaged, or tampered with.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the exchange shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
Customized or tailored products (including stitched or altered items).
Products purchased from stores not affiliated with London Shopping Mall.
Sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have (once approved) and then place a new order.
Exchange Notification
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
If approved, your exchange will be processed, and any balance from our side will be issued as a voucher for future purchases.
Please note, bank or card payment settlements may take some time depending on your provider.
