  Eligibility for Exchange

  To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A system-generated invoice (mandatory) must be provided.

  Parcel Receiving & Opening Policy

  • Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This serves as proof of the contents in case of any issues.

  • Please do not accept the parcel from the delivery rider if the package appears to be open, damaged, or tampered with.
