General Information
All orders are subject to product availability.
Orders are dispatched after order confirmation.
Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 3–5 business days.
If a product is unavailable, you will be informed via phone or email.
Delivery Locations
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
International delivery is also available.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping (not the order date).
Unless exceptional circumstances occur, we aim to deliver orders within 3–5 business days after shipping.
Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
We do not ship on Sundays.
Delivery dates may vary due to courier practices, destination, shipping method, or the type of items ordered.
Some products may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated per item at checkout:
All Over Pakistan : PKR 250 per item
International Orders: Charges depend on weight, dimensions, courier service, and whether the item is stitched or unstitched. Shipping costs will be confirmed by our representative after your order is placed.
Damaged Items in Transport
If your parcel packaging appears damaged on delivery:
Please do not accept the parcel.

Important Delivery Guidelines
Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This serves as proof of what was inside at the time of delivery.
Do not accept parcels that appear open or tampered with.
